Chanel Beads — Your Day Will Come

Shane Lavers gave his second album the same title as his 2024 debut, which began as a joke about the way music gets parceled into tidy chapters and ended as something closer to a koan. Will your day come? What will it feel like? The record was made in a small Brooklyn room with the speakers close enough to his face that he could feel the air leave the kick drum. There are no demos — the rule is to start recording before the song exists and let the song grow into the take. The result keeps its seams showing: androgynous vocals, synthetic and acoustic textures smeared together, intimacy that feels one breath from collapse. Nihilism and love, he says, ought to cancel each other out, and don't. Today's most fragile thing, and the one to hear first.

Jonathan Kuo — Java Dreams: Godowsky & Stravinsky

印尼裔鋼琴家庫奧手裡一副好牌。高多夫斯基 1920 年代寫的《爪哇組曲》，被他本人稱作「音樂遊記」——一個波蘭猶太鋼琴大師，把甘美朗的金屬共鳴搬進了鋼琴的踏板深處。庫奧生在印尼，彈這套曲子，像在彈自己的童年地圖。

一張盤裡塞了兩個極端。前一半，百人編制帶你登頂阿爾卑斯：從黑夜到日出，到山頂，到一場暴風雨，理查·史特勞斯把整座山寫成了一天的體感。後一半是《變形》——23 把弦樂獨奏，為一座被戰火炸毀的城市低聲送葬。

Jader Bignamini / Detroit Symphony Orchestra — Orff: Carmina Burana

《布蘭詩歌》開頭那一錘，誰都聽過。難的是後面四十分鐘不鬆。Bignamini 和底特律選擇現場實錄（2025 年 11 月，Orchestra Hall），冒著現場會出的一切岔子，賭的就是那股沒法在棚裡複製、撲面而來的氣勢。

Ning Feng / Kammerakademie Potsdam — Mozart: Complete Violin Concertos

寧峰不站在指揮棒後面。他從小提琴的位置直接領奏五部協奏曲——莫札特十幾歲寫的東西，輕、快、不肯沉重。兩把名琴輪換登場：1665 年的 Amati、1694 年的 Rugeri，一暖一亮，他乾脆用樂器本身去分聲部的層次。
